Department DetailsRole Summary1. Develop and maintain a detailed program plan for various digitization projects, including objectives, scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
2. Lead and manage cross functional discussions, track action items, progress and update project managers as required.
3. Evaluate and bring digital solutions to meet the business requirements.
4. Exposure to various digital solutions and process automation/SCADA/Networking infrastructure.
5. Support in communicating program status, progress, and issues to stake holders including clients and team members.
6. Monitor and evaluate program performance against key performance indicators (KPI\'s).
7. Develop and maintain detailed up to date program documentations including project plans and schedules.
8. Support in presenting weekly and monthly project reports.
9. Lead end user CFT project meetings.
10. Play key role in defining the integration strategy of MES to other enterprise systems; LIMS, Trackwise, E-Log, IQMS, SAP and other operations/production systems etc.,
11. Play key role in MES and other digitization project Qualification processes (FS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, Pre PQ, PQ) and Go-Live process. Need good exposure to Quality management system.
12. Monitor MES impact and performance post go-Live in all production facilities.
13. Provide technical input to help troubleshoot issues in production plant during digital solution usage and support end users.
14. Support design and implementation for data infrastructure in operations environment.
15. Complying with EHS policies.
16. Complying with cGMP as per SOP, batch records and protocols.
