We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head. In this role, you will: Manage and continually build a global team of process owners and SMEs responsible for defining and maintaining IDAM control processes applied for onboarding and usage of Group IAM tooling. Serve as an overall global SME for all stakeholders, establishing and managing effective relationships across Global Business and Global Functions to advise, guide and answer queries on all aspects of the Group IAM tools, including user access, transfers and toxic combination certifications controls, building strong relationships to enhance the overall business experience. Work in conjunction with the IDAM Control Owners to continuously review and streamline a global best in class process and procedure to enhance operational efficiency. Work alongside the IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor and publish reports dashboards KRI and KPI management information for the Head of IAM CARI and other appropriate stakeholders. Manage standard business communications regarding the Group IDAM tooling in conjunction with the IDAM Control Owners. Develop and lead a globally diverse set of staff with responsibility for both their delivery and development. Support the global team via monthly performance reviews and the annual performance management process. Provide oversight of designated tasks across the team and ensure all are tracked and completed to a best in class standard.Liaise with project managers and key stakeholders of assigned projects, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed as per project plans. Participate where required in relevant steering committees and work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on key initiatives. Serve as a global point of contact for all Identity and Access Management tooling audit related requests, maintaining all internal, external and regulatory control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators. Work closely with global risk stewards ensuring strong communications are forged and maintained to ensure all key controls are in place to mitigate risk. Identify, investigate and report potential security exposures of the business and recommend corrective action, maintaining ownership through to resolution. Research, evaluate and identify Identity & Access Management enhancement opportunities to maintain or surpass industry standards, such as improved automation, simplification and globalization. Assist with developing and implementing Identity & Access Management strategies. Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, policies and practices report control weaknesses compliance breaches and operational loss events. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Experience of working in an Identity and Access Management function is preferable. Experience creating and executing operational processes and procedures is essential. Experience leading a globally diverse team with responsibility for both delivery and their development. Experience working with stakeholders across all levels Experience managing audit and risk relationships Risk management experience Role relevant qualifications, i.e.CISSP/CISM is desirable but not essential Experience of making timely and rational decisions, based on relevant information and experience Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills.
