:OverviewResponsible for Human-centric Insights and Brand strategy, this role manages the insights agenda for all important Snacks and Grains brands in PepsiCo UKs portfolio. This role also co-leads UK Marketing Insights efforts to raise the bar on Creative Excellence, across the UK Foods portfolio. The Consumer Insights Manager will support the insights branch of the team to give a more holistic approach in combining insights from both Marketing and Strategic side of the business. Using data analysis, insights and storytelling to take a holistic and objective view on growth-opportunities, identifying and prioritising the must win battles for PepsiCo in UK via leveraging the Consumer Insights tools like ADA, BMS, Drivers & Barriers and Always On Engine.
