Job Title - Manager / Senior Manager - HR
Location: Delhi (Hybrid)- Full-time position (3 Days from Office and 2 Days WFH)

- Bringing corporate talent into leadership and board positions in the social sector,
- Running well-researched capacity-building programs in critical domains for the social sector.
- Building the social sector ecosystem with a strong focus on high-quality talent/talent development.
Position Summary:
Our Organisation is looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic HR Manager who will be responsible for driving HR initiatives for organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and On boarding:
- Collaborate with Team managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role & organization.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks for selected candidates.
- Rolling out the induction plan & its milestones for the new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Initiate celebrations & Team get-togethers
3. Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process by assisting in goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Provide guidance and insight into the OKR setting & PMS.
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Generate HR reports and metrics for management as needed.
- Assist in the administration of HR programs, such as benefits, leave management, and employee recognition.
5. Policies & Procedures:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help educate employees on HR policies and facilitate policy training sessions.
Requirements:
- Master\'s degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a must.
