Reporting into the Plant Head your roles & responsibilities will include:
- Working with the leadership to manage the plant HR activities
- Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution
- Ensure timely recruitment of employees and monitoring the TAT of recruitment
- Ensure Manpower Planning for Plant, R&D &; Industrial Sales by coordinating with Plant Head,
- Ensure the successful launch of the plant by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance.
- Employee Engagement at Plant through various initiatives driven by HR.
- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.
- Smooth Employee Relations and managing internal & external stakeholders.
- Good working & understanding of payroll function.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT :
- MBA HR / MSW (Full Time)
- 14-17 years of experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing / Process Industry
- Should be fluent in Marathi as a language.
