As the Senior Human Resources Manager, he/she will play a pivotal role in managing the human capital of the organization. This position involves overseeing all aspects of HR functions, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Cultural Alignment:
- Ensuring that the company\'s values align with the individuals hired.

HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Employee Benefits and Compensation:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Conduct market research to ensure the company\'s compensation packages remain competitive.
- Administer and communicate compensation policies and practices.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Facilitate workshops on HR-related topics.
- Work with managers to develop career paths for employees.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Generate regular reports on key HR performance indicators.
- Provide insights to leadership on trends and areas for improvement.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities and events.
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and morale.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on performance improvement.
- Work with leadership to identify training and development needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR manager in a digital marketing services or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
