Will lead a dynamic HR team, driving key initiatives in talent management, employee relations, and learning and development. Will collaborate closely with the Head of Human Resources to ensure that HR strategies, practices, policies, and systems are fully aligned with the organization's goals and contribute to its continued success.We are seeking a dedicated professional with 10 to 12 years of experience in human resources, particularly with comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices in recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, labor laws, and regulations. Additionally, 2 to 4 years of experience working in a nonprofit environment would be a valuable advantage.
