Role details :
Recruitment :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the Digital Marketing Agencies.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure that they meet our requirements and align with our company values.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to source suitable candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Generalist HR :
- Provide generalist HR support to our employees, including managing employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company values and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
HR Administration :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees.
- Manage the HR information system to ensure that it is updated and accurate.
- Prepare HR reports and analysis as required.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
