Job Summary:


The Senior Manager Human Resources - Culture, Diversity and Inclusion will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion across Lowe'. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, across all teams at Lowe's India and drive engagement to foster an environment that values and respects individuals from all backgrounds

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership Learning & Development Solutions:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive D&I strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.
• Set measurable goals for D&I initiatives and regularly assess their effectiveness through data analysis.
• Partner with senior leadership to integrate D&I into core business processes and decision-making

Policy and Program Development

• Design and implement policies and programs that promote equity and mitigate workplace biases.
• Lead initiatives such as mentorship programs, inclusive hiring practices, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Employee Engagement and Training

• Deliver D&I training programs, workshops, and tools to foster cultural competency at all organizational levels.
• Facilitate open discussions to promote awareness, address biases, and encourage diverse perspectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor for employees and leaders on D&I matters.

Data Analytics and Reporting

• Analyze workforce diversity metrics, including representation, pay equity, and promotion trends.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate progress and insights to stakeholders.
• Use data-driven recommendations to enhance D&I efforts and benchmark against industry standards.

Collaboration and Advocacy

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to embed D&I in recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
• Establish external partnerships with organizations, communities, and networks to amplify D&I goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums on diversity and inclusion topics.

Change Management

• Act as a change agent to embed D&I principles into the organizational culture.
• Address resistance and foster acceptance through proactive communication and engagement.
• Lead efforts to align D&I initiatives with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Communication and Branding

• Promote the company's D&I achievements through internal and external communication campaigns.
• Celebrate milestones and key successes while reinforcing the importance of inclusion.
• Act as the face of the D&I strategy in key initiatives and engagements.

Education Qualification & Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Diversity and Inclusion or a related field
• 12+ Years of work experience in Human Resources
• 5 to 7 years' experience in diversity & inclusion, leadership development, workforce business analytics, research, business case development and reporting
• 5 to 7 years proven experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
• 5 years in-depth knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices, policies and legal requirements
• 3 years strong analytical to track and measure the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Skill Set Required

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build strong partnerships.
• Excellent facilitation and training delivery skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
• Passionate about driving change and creating an inclusive work environment.
