Solution Enablement Manager - HRO Solution ArchitectSeeking a highly skilled and experienced HRO Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 16 to 25 years of experience, with a strong client-facing background preferred. If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in HR Process Design, HR Delivery Strategy, and HR Analytics, we want to hear from you.Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)Shifts: (11 AM - 8 PM / 12 PM - 9 PM IST)YOUR EMPLOYER: A leading global professional services company with capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.Responsibilities: * Identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility.

• Create solutions in situations that require in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Set strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility.
• Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within the organization, involving negotiation or influence on significant matters.
• Have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Make decisions that have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.
• Manage large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within the organization.
• Note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

Requirements: * 16 to 25 years of experience, with a strong client-facing background preferred.

• Expertise in HR Process Design, HR Delivery Strategy, and HR Analytics.
• Strong understanding of solution configuration of client requirements and integration with sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations.
• Experience in setting strategic direction and establishing near-term goals.
• Familiarity with managing large teams and/or work efforts within a client or organizational environment.
