You will be a key contributor in a high-performing team that is hands-on daily in the administration and support of ServiceNow HRSD. Each day is about the HR services, cases, knowledge content, translation, workflows and metrics in a global enterprise that leverages a very broad and deep deployment of ServiceNow functionality (robust landscape and application use).Position Responsibilities:As the Business Owner and Data Custodian for the enterprise wide ServiceNow System, HR components of myBMS and Life Cycle Event, and other related systems, this role is responsible for management and oversight of how the tools are utilized across and within HR, and the business units\xe2\x80\x99 learning organizations.A key area, if not the primary area of focus, is ServiceNow HRSD application administration. You will work collaboratively with the named ServiceNow HRSD application administrator, a member of our team. The complexity of our mature, global HR knowledge and services environment engages all our team in administrator activities. You will regularly take the initiative to troubleshoot, advise and directly update configuration of our ServiceNow HRSD. You will be familiar with, navigate within and comply with robust change and quality processes that ensure the reliability and improvement of our shared ServiceNow ecosystem. You will perform troubleshooting with ServiceNow platform developers, administrators, process owners including the following:

  • HR cases
  • Shared employee portal labels and navigation
  • Content automation (aka campaigns, notifications, announcements, alerts)
  • Knowledge base articles and functionality
  • Lifecycle events and workflows
  • Employee Center Pro administration and support
  • Translation functionality
  • Planning for and execution of chat bot deployment
  • Automation
  • Business process stewardship
  • Capable of leveraging AI functionality in processes and case management functionality
  • Family and store release support and testing
You will be part of a People Services (PS) Capability Center (also could be referred to as HR shared services operations infrastructure) and will support both the PS internal processes and the PS employees (other PS employees in our global capability centers) that interact with employees via the shared portal content and the employee HR cases. You will also interact with and support employees (aka end users).Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Act as process owner for global HR case, knowledge and content systems.
  • Ensure global standards are applied across all performance management processes.
  • Acts as HR representative on myBMS governance council. Ensures system functionality meets the business needs globally with a focus on Compliance, Legal, Works Council and country-specific Data Privacy requirements, and defining and executing training and communications strategy. Includes participating in confirming requirements/RFP, tool selection, and identifying resource/operational requirements.
  • Co-lead and deliver product implementations and upgrades for both PS operational systems in partnership with the HR IT team.
  • Responsible for establishment, development and management of the testing plan and stakeholder training for the Service Now suite of applications, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation plans are in place and operating effectively for business-critical Human Resources processes.
  • Author validation documents to support upgrades and service pack deployments, and testing application(s) to validate business functional requirements and compliance for 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.
  • Act as subject matter expert for applications owned and supported by People Services. conduct workshops and consultations for internal stakeholders, partner with business units to develop functional processes for application use and adoption of new functionality. Create training materials.
  • Monitor and verify integrity and completeness of operational performance data collected and work with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support self-service model for questions and issues related to PS technologies through creation of knowledge articles and frequently asked questions (FAQ) resource documents.
  • Research and update best practices within and outside the organization to benchmark service metrics and other relevant performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to understand evolving platform market space.
  • Create and maintain materials to support People Services engagement with stakeholders including Human Resources.

  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple and diverse tasks; self-starter with comfort standing alone.
Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Responsibility and minimum number of years:
  • 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a functional business owner and data custodian for a validated enterprise Case and/or Learning Management System (LMS)
  • 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with current BMS HR enabling systems: ServiceNow, Workday
  • ServiceNow HRSD administration experience required and CIS-HR certification strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Validation tools, such as QMAS/DocIt, HP ALM preferred
  • Experience and understanding of government regulations for data privacy, such as Works Council, GxP, and European GDPR
Qualifications - Degree/Certification/Licensure
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with technical emphasis
  • ServiceNow CIS-HR Certification
