This role will provide technical writing support to the Global Process Owners to ensure that documentation is up-to-date, accurate and clearly explains, how to utilise the Global HR processes, mostly residing in Workday, Service Now, and SAP SuccesFactors (Learning). The role will be responsible for organising, authoring and maintaining the Global Standard Operating Procedures (GSOPs), which provide Global HR and the wider GSK population with a clear explanation of the end-to-end activities, to be used to operate their processes. Responsibilities: Analyze global enhancements, both system and process and ensure all changes are up versioned and reflected within the core global process documentation set. Liaise with the Global Process Owners and, where relevant, with Operations teams to ensure that the business process design supports the new operating model, including documenting country/market deviations. Lead process-mapping workshops with GPO teams to document process flow according to requirements. Liaise with the multiple project teams to ensure that requirements are clear and well defined, drive value, and are fit for purpose. Understand how the system is designed to meet the new business requirements. Work with the Controls Team to incorporate appropriate controls into the design of the business process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance on Documentation compliance to HR team. Work closely with other documentation specialists or other process stream members to ensure overall documentation coordination. Lead periodic review of HR Documentation for GPO teams. Update or correct documentation on an emergency if required. Internal processes mapping / designing experience. Background in technical writing, describing business requirements and processes. Excellent fluency and writing skills in English (good spoken English also desired). Strong MS Word, Excel and Visio skills. Ability to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. Strong commitment to Quality and Integrity.
