- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.

- Digital HR Strategy Development and Implementation - commitment to simplify HR processes through digital transformation and simplification.
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor\'s practices, and other sources.
- Develop and implement HR analytics models to predict employee outcomes, such as turnover rates, performance ratings, and engagement levels.
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data to provide insights into employee behavior, workforce demographics, and HR program effectiveness
