Monitor periodically Schedules / Yearly Planner for Housekeeping & Landscaping activities and guiding team on deviations. Overall monitoring of waste segregation, storage and disposal of Garbage through authorized recyclers from the dump yards at defined intervals. Monitor and guide on Pest control activities Monitor and guide on Fa ade cleaning and r equipment\'s Monitor and guide on Housekeeping tools tackles and equipment\'s Standardization of Processes and Procedures Standardization of Cleaning tools and equipment Standardization of documents and records Designing Schedules and Job Cards based on operational requirement Implementing Innovative ideas in the domain Guiding the team on safety and MSDS LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT Preparing training modules Designing and implementing Need-based training plan Designing Employee Development Program AUDITS Designing Site Audit Template Conduct Audits as per calendar Qualifications and Experience: Hotel Management Diploma/ Graduate with specialization in Housekeeping 10 years + experience with minimum 5 years in a five star hotel as an Executive House keeper and minimum 3 years in Commercial Building Operations Industry Real Estate
