EXL Analytics serves the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industriesRole Overview:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit risk strategy, designing and development of banking and risk solutions, tools and product to drive creation of intellectual property artifacts. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to shape innovative risk management solutions and contribute to business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and strategize risk solutions tailored to banking and financial services

• Develop and enhance existing risk related products/solutions

• Work closely with product and technical teams to define solution requirements and implementation roadmaps
• Develop and refine credit risk strategies to enhance risk management frameworks.

• Drive business development and growth initiatives
• Support client engagement, pre-sales, and presentations

• 5+ years of experience in credit risk strategy, risk product/solutions development, or related field

• Prior experience in IP(Intellectual Property) development related to banking and risk solutions

• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in conceptualizing and strategizing risk products/solutions.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
• Good to have basic programming skills in Python/SAS, SQL
• Good to have experience in IRB model/scorecard development
