Growing together.Cap Aug is wherever OGA does not have an existing capability and is merely responsible for providing a US team, headcount in an OGA location with all associated infra (RE, HW, SW etc.), with no ownership of outcomes (SLAs, metrics, MBOs, KPIs etc.)Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Capacity Augmentation program across the OGA geos of India, PHL & PR
  • Engage multiple OGA leaders in the fulfilment of the Cap Aug model and in its ongoing execution and management
  • Engage US Senior Leaders on the requirements of additional staffing in OGA locations (India, Philippines & Puerto Rico)
  • Facilitate the entire process (forecasting to requisition opening to hiring/onboarding to day to day escalation management)
  • Facilitate 100% compliance of all staff tagged to Capacity Augmentation, to all OGA local Geo requirements / norms
  • Analyzing data on an ongoing basis to monitor spend, HC, financials, compliance etc.
  • Maintain the central repository/census of all staffing, reporting leadership (US & OGA geo (IND/PHL/PR) including ongoing changes
  • Maintain and update all process documentation for the Capacity Augmentation business, including hiring guides, key stakeholder matrix, escalation charts etc.
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Eligibility
To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:
  • SG27 and SG 28 can apply
  • SG 27 will move to SG 28
  • SG 28 will move laterally
  • Minimum duration of 12 months of continuous service in their current grade and position
  • Performance rating in the last common review cycle of \xe2\x80\x9cMeets Expectations\xe2\x80\x9d or higher
  • Not be on any active CAP (Corrective Action Plan) or active disciplinary action
Required Qualification:
  • Any Graduate
  • Skills:
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Proven excellent communication (spoken & written) with US Senior
  • Proven leadership skills, Facilitation skills (working with multiple groups), Process Mapping
  • Proven eye for Detail
  • Technical Skills:
  • MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Others
Preferred Qualification:
  • MBA
