Essential Skills:
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with other data analysis, digital, and AI tools is advantageous.

Detailed Description:
Business/ Project Execution:
Planning and Implementation:
• Lead or assist in planning and executing medium to large technical assistance projects, ensuring they align with project specifications for efficient implementation.
Client Relationship Building:
• Cultivate strong relationships with diverse contacts within client organizations to enhance the success of project execution, promoting seamless communication and cooperation.
Quality Control and Publication Contribution:
• Oversee the quality of project outcomes, encompassing report drafting, data analysis, training modules, research documents, curriculum design, and technical support.
• Additionally, participate in the enhancement of organizational tool kits and publications.
Business development:
• Proactively identify opportunities: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging issues in sustainable agriculture, food systems, and related areas to identify potential business development opportunities.
• Develop proposals: Take the lead in creating comprehensive concept notes/proposals for potential projects, involving conceptualization, drafting, and refining to ensure they align with organizational objectives.
• Assist senior management: Work closely with senior management and leadership to plan and execute business development activities, providing valuable insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Build knowledge and expertise: Continuously improve understanding and expertise in food security, agriculture, food systems, climate-smart agriculture, digital agriculture, and other relevant areas through ongoing learning, training, and participation in relevant forums.
Human Capital Development:
• After completing assignments, conduct "Quality of Delivery" assessments with team members while following quality control guidelines.
• Encourage input and guidance from colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
