Role profile:Global Operations Lead for Scheduling, Offer Management and the Vetting processesROLE SUMMARY:Reporting to the Director Global Recruitment Operations, this role will be a key member of our Global People Ops & Service Delivery function working very closely within a supportive and inclusive People function. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented operations lead who will oversee and optimize global Scheduling, Offer management and the Vetting processes. This pivotal role requires a proactive leader who can streamline workflows, collaborate across teams, drive continuous improvements and ensure timely and accurate execution of key operational tasks.Additionally, you will build capability, a continuous improvement culture, a robust quality framework, & measure performance - ensuring efficient service delivery and improved employee experience.You will also use internal and external insights to identify and implement process improvements, driving simplification through inclusive, sustainable and impactful change.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Scheduling Process: Developing and implementing global scheduling strategy - including prioritization of business needs. Key interface with Regional TA Partners and business regarding Scheduling requirements. Providing direction and accountability for the functions Scheduling needs including, but not limited to pipeline management, prioritization, efficiency improvements, compliance and stakeholder experience.
  • Offer Process: Coordinate the timely and accurate release of offers globally, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Maintaining and improving systems and processes to track offer release activities.
  • Vetting Process: implement and oversee rigorous vetting procedures to ensure quality, consistency and adherence to company standards. Collaborate with 3rd party vendors, compliance, legal, recruitment and operations teams to ensure that processes meet regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the vetting workflow.
  • Establish Service delivery dashboard to monitor metrics and drive operational rigor.
  • Effective performance management and Operational Governance
  • Effectively deploy capability building framework to improve quality and capability of delivery teams across locations.
  • Develop and deploy Quality framework to ensure error free Service delivery and deliver good customer experience.
  • Initiated Risk Assessment to assess and strengthen existing controls and deploy new controls.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Previous experience and knowledge of developing Service Excellence practices within global organisations,
  • Functional expertise of scheduling, vetting and offer processes.
  • Real time exposure to Recruitment tools like Workday - ATS, Scheduling tools & working with 3rd party vendors.
  • Commercially focused, pragmatic approach to resolving business issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise, coach and develop people team members in the Service Delivery org.
  • Ability to work on high-pressure topics and manage potential conflicts while maintaining a focus on effective resolution and achievement of business priorities.
  • Clear communication skills, able to engage with a range of stakeholders clearly and persuasively. An active listener keen to understand needs and simplify complex messages.
  • A collaborative approach to building partnership throughout LSEG, with the ability to become a trusted member of management teams and the People Function.
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, alongside enthusiasm to inspire others to develop their knowledge and capability.
