Harness the potential of Analytics to ensure generation of new intellectual property, illuminate client and business opportunities, develop innovative analytic solutions to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, and maintain business intelligence capabilities (specially in healthcare PI space). Assist in creation of industry collaterals, use cases and solution for payment integrity analytics. Support sales and solutions verticals to firm up solutions for RFP/ RFI\'s with relevant offering approach. Thought leadership in enhancing existing offerings / solutions by augmenting ML / AI driven analytics interventions in PI space. GTM Strategy creation in line with market research and business / organization objectives. Work within constraints of Concentrix program budgets and approval processes. Creation of enterprise level collaterals, and presentation of the same to leadership groups across functions. Must be an effective storyteller and have excellent presentation creation skills. Project a clear picture of excellence for the team, clearly communicating all expectations as well as future goals. Maintain a high degree of professionalism, consistency, and a positive demeanor always. Understand and communicate the value of Analytics to our team, business, and our clients. Lead execution related to complex operational, financial, and statistical analysis. Synthe results to enhance audit production. Analyses to include operations, quality, financial/ROI. Synthe results to identify indicators of poor performance and communicate findings to business stakeholders. Make critical recommendations based on analytical findings. Provide analytics and metrics to identify and value new opportunities. Proactively work with business stakeholders to fully implement and monetize new opportunities. Business SMEs will be responsible for providing detail business knowledge however, this role will own goals of developing new intellectual property. Required Skills 10+ years of proven data analytics experience. Healthcare analytics experience is mandatory. Innovative thought leader with an expert understanding of solution development methodologies and research tools. Effective communication skills including experience facilitating design workshops and advising internal stakeholders on solution development initiatives. Highly self-motivated and directed, demonstrated competency in delivery, innovation management and insight development. Strong working knowledge of US health plan payment integrity and claims analytics concepts required. Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines. Exhibits behaviors consistent with Concentrix values & principles. Education & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in statistics, bioinformatics, mathematics, economics or a related field and 10+ years of delivery & solution development experience is required. MBA or master\'s degree preferred. 10+ years\' experience in the US health care industry (Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial). 5+ years\' experience in Payment Integrity end to end processes and auditing claims.
