  • Work closely with the overall SAP Release Implementation Manager and System Integrator to develop project plans covering all implementation aspects (people, data, processes, technology) of the project
  • Co-ordinate with the OpCos represented to agree project plans, deliverables and scope
  • Act as overall local program manager for all key implementation programme deliverables including readiness assessment, Change Plan, Training Plan, IT Build, Test, Data Cleansing and migration, Deployment, etc.
  • Manage the dependencies of the implementation plan on other programs within the OpCo
  • Responsible for delivering the major project demands within agreed timelines and quality
  • Responsible for deliveries in standard delivery models viz, Waterfall, Agile, & DevOps
  • Prioritizing the use of team resources based on available capacity and business needs.
  • Coordinating with cross functional teams within the Shared Service Centre
  • Collaborating with the onsite Centre of Excellence (CoE) and project managers to deliver CoE driven initiatives
  • Be aware of the future SAP roadmap, & use standard SAP solutions where possible.
  • Promote a professional and customer-focused culture at all times, steckholder management.
  • Be the SPOC for major projects & roadmap ppms delived under _VOIS ITDM team, first level of esclataion contact for all projects.
  • Provide support for knowledge transfer to Vodafone support & implementation partners.
  • Ensure confidentiality, security and reliability of SAP systems and data, adherence to IT and SOX policies and procedures as applicable.
  • Measure performance metrics across all SAP applications, including programme deliverables against set timescales and milestones
  • Will be responsible to prioritize the use of team resources based on available capacity and business needs.
  • Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in respective focus areas.
  • Mobilize and motivate a development team.
  • Ability to organize and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
  • Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.
  • Broad technical appreciation - including ALL key SAP functionality and technology
  • Identifying and raising issues to local Business Owners or management to achieve resolution for SCM or FIN development tasks
  • Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiate ve, with little guidance.
  • Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.
  • Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively
