Job Description
Qualification : CA Qualified with 10 to 15 years of experience & MBA Finance with 15-20 years of experience in to any Manufacturing Sector at Corporate/Head Office level.
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 10-20 Years
Key Skills
1) Experience in Finance activities as below:
a. Finance Modelling
b. CMA based on Audited Financials
c. Preparation of working capital proposal
d. Cash flow statements
e. Bank Guarantees and day to day relations with the banks
f. Letter of Credit
g. Forex, Import and Export regulations
h. Ind AS
i. Relationships & coordinate with banks/financial Institutions/NBFC/Credit funds
j. Preparation and submission of Stock statement, FFR
k. Coordinating with various agencies including TEV, LIE, valuation, legal Counsel etc.
l. Relevant Experience with Debt Syndication, credit appraisal, and Project finance
2) Working Exposure in SAP is must
