List of Tasks the Candidates will lead: Consolidated and Accounting related
- Consolidation of group entities.
- Overseeing the Accounting and Banking of all overseas offices. Make sure that all Books of Accounts of the company are clean and healthy from all aspects by coordinating with local account officers.
- Coordination with overseas auditors for finalization and closing of Audit of books.
- Monthly P&L for each of the sub organization including intercompany reconciliation
- Submit finalized financial reports of the sub organization including intercompany reconciliation.
- Submit finalized financial reports to management at the end of each standard accounting period.
- Ensure all compliance requirement are complete.
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the group and ensuring it has appropriate treasury controls
- Coordinating with project team for timely billing and submission of invoices
- Sharing weekly report on short term and long term fund requirements for group companies
- Dealing with overseas bank for LC, BG
- Co-ordination for creating/increasing limits
- Project based Loan or limit to be introduced/ discussed with Bankers
- Working on commercial and contractual aspects of contracts and tenders
- Maintain financial projections for projects
- Introducing formats for clear project accounting and informing Project Managers each month the financial gaps in their project.
