Executive Hiring is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager - Marketing for an FMCG, based at Kolkata.

CA ( Rank Holder / 1st attempt ) with post qualification experience of about 10 -12 years in an FMCG, handling Commercial / Marketing Finance at the Leadership level is mandatory.

The KRA\'s -

- Responsible for managing and tracking marketing budgets and spends

- Provide financial support to the marketing team

- Facilitate financial analysis and enable management decision making

- Oversee smooth execution of P2P activities for marketing spends

- Lead commercials and financial control for exports

- Support execution of new initiatives for the business

- Support robust evaluation of brand/account performance

- Review of FG aging (obsolescence avoidance)

- Support inventory management and health analysis

- Annual Planning & Review: Marketing budgets

- Marketing Budget Management & Control

- Financial Analysis for strategic investments

- Product Pricing & SKU Launch

- Inventory Health Analysis

- Exports Export Commercial Management

- Prepare business projections and valuations

- Provide analytical support and conduct due diligence of the projects

- People Management and Development

- Ensure maintenance of existing systems & processes and building of new systems & processes in relation to areas covered in role profile.
