Senior Finance Manager - eCommerce FirmPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Finance Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our rapidly growing startup, leveraging your expertise to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis:- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.- Preparation of MIS, SBP and other relevant strategic planning documents.- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to key stakeholders.Strategic Decision-Making:- Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and execute financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives.- Provide recommendations on investment opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.- Serve as a key point of contact for providing regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives.- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for board meetings and investment discussions.Risk Management:- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting the ecommerce sector in India.Collaboration and Leadership:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.- Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) is a plus.- Proven experience (5+) in a senior finance role, preferably in the ecommerce or startup industry.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights.- Experience with cross functional stakeholders.- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, market trends, and best practices.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- If you are a dynamic finance professional looking to make a significant impact.Request you to share following details and apply with your updated resume :Current Location:
