Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and legal compliance aspects of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Reporting:
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Compliance & Legal:
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
• Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
• Manage compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
• Corporate Governance:
• Organize and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
• Provide guidance to the board on their responsibilities under various laws and regulations.
• Draft and review minutes of board meetings and resolutions.
• Taxation:
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filings (direct and indirect taxes).
• Liaise with tax authorities and consultants for assessments, appeals, and other tax-related matters.
• Audit & Internal Controls:
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Review and update accounting policies and procedures.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Manage investor relations and communication.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of finance and compliance professionals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide necessary training and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS).
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and company secretarial roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, corporate laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?524,998.03 - ?1,787,422.33 per year
