  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Accounting Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions such as bank transactions, petty cash, and vendor bill processing.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Taxation and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing returns for TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants for resolving taxation-related queries and issues.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with other departments.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review.
  • Vendor and Customer Management:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.
  • Perform vendor and customer reconciliations and manage aging reports.
  • Internal Controls and Audits:
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
  • MIS Reporting:
  • Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports, including cash flow statements, customer aging reports, and vendor aging reports.
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and performance.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Banking and Treasury:
  • Manage banking relationships and ensure efficient banking operations.
  • Oversee cash management, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  • CPA/CA with Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software i.e. SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
