Cavli Wireless Looking Senior Manager Finance and Accounts with 12 - 15yrs Experience into Accounts & Finance. Why Cavli? Job Responsibilities

• Compliance: Lead the team that owns the global bookkeeping process (accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, VAT) as well as the financial statement preparation and distribution to senior management, including but not limited to: consolidated income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements (US GAAP and Indian GAAP)

• 12 - 15yrs Excperience into Accounts & Finance

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP standards (Required)
• Indian GAAP standards as well as regulatory requirements (Required)
• Prior people management experience is required. (Required)
• CPA/CA status required (Required)
• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance (Required)
• masters degree or MBA a plus (Preferred)
• Big 4 experience preferred (Preferred)
• Comfortable with ctc 15 - 20 lacs (Required)
