• Design, develop, and deploy anomaly detection, behavior profiling and predictive scoring models for AML TM.
• Lead initiatives on threshold tuning, segmentation and model validation across banking products (CASA, Trade, Credit Cards, Securities, Financial Markets).
• Collaborate with risk, compliance and business teams to optimize monitoring coverage across geographies.
• Ensure model governance and compliance with internal risk policies and AML regulations (PRA, FINMA, Basel III).
• Guide junior team members and act as an SME for AML model optimization and surveillance frameworks.

• Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in financial crime / AML data modelling.
• Strong hands-on experience in AML TM model development, scenario design and risk analytics.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, SAS, Hive, Hadoop or equivalent data science tools.
• In-depth knowledge of financial crime typologies, transaction behavior and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, CDD / KYC frameworks and monitoring tools.
