  • \xc2\xb7 Facilitate and maintain relationship with key vendors.
  • \xc2\xb7 Review and manage contracts and renewals - Master Service Agreements and Statements of work.
  • \xc2\xb7 As part of Vendor Management office work closely with procurement and Finance
  • \xc2\xb7 Establish and ensure proper vendor governance.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper communication to leadership and stakeholders.
  • \xc2\xb7 Formalize and review Vendor KPI/SLA management.
  • \xc2\xb7 Review vendor compliance of contract clauses.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ensure vendor compliance on data privacy and security.
  • \xc2\xb7 Work with vendors and finance to ensure financial compliance - invoicing and payments.
  • \xc2\xb7 Manage demand management with leaders.
  • \xc2\xb7 Resource onboarding tracking and compliance
  • \xc2\xb7 Market research to ensure proper benchmarking for vendor metrices and costing.
  • \xc2\xb7 Focus and track vendor investment and progress on innovation and continuous improvements.
  • \xc2\xb7 Communicate strategic objectives of company to all preferred vendors.
  • \xc2\xb7 Work closely with leadership across business functions.
  • \xc2\xb7 Track and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in program management or similar role
  • \xc2\xb7 3+ years experience in vendor management
  • \xc2\xb7 Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions and functions
  • \xc2\xb7 Comfort working with senior-level management
  • \xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple activities simultaneously;
  • \xc2\xb7 Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • \xc2\xb7 You are the glue of a happy, high-performing, cross-functional team
  • \xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently
  • \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business, computer science, or related field
