• To ensure optimal condition of the Plant, by managing the Maintenance department in its task of maximizing the availability of the production facilities, and improving reliability at minimum costs.
• To define the small project plan and ensure that project objectives are met within agreed budget and timing according to agreed quality standards.
• To make sure all maintenance activities are safe, in compliance with local legislations and ENVALIOR SHE requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel , including supervisors , technicians and contractors
• Monitor the performance of infrastructure services against SLAs, and if any issues arise (e.g., delays, unresponsiveness, or inadequate service), escalate the matter to senior management.

• Plant Operations Team::Ensure seamless coordination between maintenance activities and production schedules to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
• Site Infrastructure Services Department::Collaborate to maintain plant utilities and facilities according to service level agreements (SLAs); escalate issues when service expectations are not met.
• Maintenance Team:;Lead and manage the team responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Procurement and Inventory Team::Collaborate on spare parts and equipment procurement to ensure the availability of critical components while managing costs.
• Safety and Compliance Team:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

External

• External Vendors and Service Providers::Manage relationships for equipment servicing, spare parts supply, and outsourced maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Third-Party Contractors::Oversee work done by external contractors for specialized maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with plant safety and operational standards
• Regulatory Bodies::Ensure adherence to local and national regulations related to safety, environmental compliance, and equipment standards

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in maintenance department of similar type of industry.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills. Communication and Stakeholder Management, Technical Expertise in Maintenance Systems, Project Management, managing maintenance budgets, cost control, and optimizing the use of resources for repairs and preventive maintenance, Safety and Regulatory Compliance and Adaptability and Continuous Improvement in maintenance practices
