xe2x80x93 Senior Manager - EngineeringThis position requires the skill sets and experience to handle the complete engineering execution & technical management from IKOM till SAT and site handover of multiple projects. The scope of projects to be handled will involve Supply of DCS/Safety system, PLC/RTUs hardware engineering, software development, FAT, site commissioning and SAT. This also include interface with various internal stakeholders like Sales, Proposals, Supply Chain management and external stakeholders like end users, customers, vendors, consultants, and 3rd party Inspection.This role will have travel to customer/End-User sites across India for meetings, commissioning activities and post commissioning issues if any.This position involves approx..25% travel however same shall vary based on business requirement.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible to provide Engineering Leadership to the projectsPeople Manager responsible to lead a team of Engineers and Managers responsible for executing ICSS, Energy and Digital Engineering projectsResponsible for planning, executing major projects of Process Automation to maximize utilization, revenue and commercial margin while maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycleContributing to PA India Delivery (Engineering, Financial, Commercial, Quality etc.,)Supporting hiring, training and development, performance management for the teamContributing for the organization growth, business strategies as one of the leadership team members of PA India DeliveryManage and lead the Projects and Engineering Management to maximize business performance in terms of revenue and profit margins whilst ensuring continued customer satisfactionSupporting and collaborating with Sales, Proposals, SCM, Services for winning and executing projectsCoordinate and collaborate with Global Engineering Management (GEM) to ensure to implement best practices in Engineering, EVE based Engineering and remote FAT and utilization of GDO engineering efficiency tools to maximize automation in engineering activitiesDefine and support the team to achieve their performance and development goals aligning business growth strategies.Updating project progress and status, participating PA India Delivery meetings and financial review, Comply to proposal and business development processesResponsible for Engineering assurance and continuous improvement of Engineering processesImplement and adhere relevant SE policies and guidelinesKey points:Technical strength, Customer focus, Quality deliverables and teamworkDCS/Safety System/PLC/RTU HW engineering and Software experience, Site commissioning and SAT experienceShould have technically managed engineering execution of multiple projects with minimum 5000 IOs. in earlier assignmentsShould have worked with any of these key players in earlier assignments xe2x80x93 EIL, Technip, Worley, ThyssenKrupp, Tecnimont, Tata Power, NTPC, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, RIL, Nirma, etc.,Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Proficiency on Foxboro DCS, Triconex Safety System, M580/Quantum/ M340 PLC System
• Hands on knowledge to work on Foxboro Control Software, Control HMI, IACC, FoxDraw/FoxView, Wonderware System Platform/InTouch preferred
• Other make DCS/Safety System/PLC experience (Yokogawa/Honeywell/ Emerson/Siemens/ABB/Rockwell/GE Fanuc) are also acceptable
• Understand the customer RFQs and should be able to design the system architecture meeting the compliance.
• Work experience on soft communication xe2x80x93 Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RS485, Profibus, DNP3.0, Profinet, Ethernet IP
• Knowledge of MCC & Field Instruments to hook-up with the Control/Safety/PLC system
• Good analytical skills to understand customer inputs and Engineering Drawings is mandatory
• FAT, Commissioning and SAT Experience is must
• Good communication skills (English - must & Hindi - Preferred).
• Risk analysis & negotiation skills
• Should be able to handle customer, consultants, and vendors in all phases of the project execution

• 4 Years BE/BTech/Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical
• Minimum of 12 Years of relevant experience.
• Good communication & presentation skills
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Projects, Word, Excel and Power point.
• Technical Management & in-depth working experience in DCS / Safety System PLC/RTU HW engineering, Software development, FAT, Commissioning, SAT
• Exposure to UPS, CCTV, GPS, VFD, MCC panels
