Description:About Our Client-
Our client is the worlds largest medical technology company, offering breadth and depth of innovative therapies to alleviate pain, restore health and extend life. We work with the client on delivering software apps for the class-3 implantable medical devices. These apps are used by the clinician to configure the therapy for the patients. Patient version of the apps are also available to enable patients to fine tune the therapy as per the requirements.Requirements:We are building Software Engineering Teams to work on our Clients products and platforms. You will play a role of leader who will actively participate in design, development, code reviews, defining test strategy etc. You will be responsible for leading multiple development team and collaborate with QA team for producing successful quality deliverables. This is an opportunity to work on end to end product development and release cycles. The ideal candidate will have endless curiosity and can pair a global mind set with locally relevant execution. You should be a gritty problem solver and self-starter who can think of out-of-box solution. The successful candidate will be a team player, display a balance of hard and soft skills, including the ability to respond quickly to Clients changing needs.To succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for following expertise-.
You Must Have-

  • Overall 14+ years of experience 6+ years of experience in project management.
  • At least 4 years of leading development team experience of big team size (~100)
  • Experience in the Medical Devices or healthcare is preferred.
  • Experience in any of the regulated domain and its processes is an advantage.
  • Lead and coach a diverse set of engineering teams; Provide technical vision and strategy for the team.
  • Good understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with a variety of development & testing techniques / methodologies
  • Expertise of working in all phases of SDLC including Developing, Automation & Testing along with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Experience in Leading a high performance teams with excellent People Management skills
  • Education: BE/B.Tech
