Role Overview:



Join us as our Senior Manager in Employer Branding. We're dedicated to shaping the future through innovation and excellence, and we're looking for a strategic thinker to lead our branding initiatives and drive growth.



As Senior Manager in Employer Branding, you'll spearhead our efforts to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand. We're seeking someone with a strong grasp of branding strategies and a knack for driving engagement through innovative campaigns. Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and execute comprehensive branding plans, focusing on innovative marketing campaigns including Employer Branding Campaigns.
• Lead and oversee the development of Employer Value Prop to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives through storytelling that reinforces our Employer Value Prop and showcases our company culture.
• Utilize data analysis to measure the effectiveness of branding efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align branding goals and enhance our online reputation through Social Media Management.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive impression through effective Storytelling.






Key Skills Required:



• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in employer branding and corporate branding campaigns.
• Strong people management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in content marketing and building brand content.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across global markets.
• Proficiency in maintaining up-to-date reporting trackers and delivering high-quality output under tight deadlines.
