Experience : 12+ yrs
Education : Regular Graduate + MBA HR ( Regular)
Knowledge Required : Knowledge of the emerging trends in Human Resource Management specially Employee Engagement practices
Skills / Competencies : Creativity ; Strong communication skills in English ; Ability to multi-task. ; Relationship Management ; Stakeholder Management ; Project Management ;Ability to connect with people
Other Dimensions : Implementing a Employee Engagement Survey covering over 2000 employees across locations. Creating an environment of Employee Engagement for a USD 2 Billion company.
KRA :
- Employee Engagement Roadmap
- Implementation and sustenance of the Employee Engagement Roadmap
- Mapping Engagement requirement of the organization to the rollout plan
- Managing Employee Engagement Budget
- Conducting the Engagement Survey to measure the Employee Engagement Levels
- Creation of Action Plans to enhance Employee Engagement levels and ensuring adherence to the Plans
- Drive organization vision, mission and values across the organization
- Effective Communication for HR Processes, Policies and events
- Drive new employee engagement initiatives at organization level
- Organize Townhalls and open Houses apart from other Corporate events
- Drive R&R initiatives across the organization
- Manage New Employee induction for effective transition in the organization
