• Identify and Develop Partnerships: Identify potential partners that align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals. Develop and nurture these relationships to create mutually beneficial alliances with Brand, Merchants, and Issuers. This will be for Merchant Funded / Co-Funded Offers / Promotions / EMI Promotions and Offers
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for alliances and partnerships. Ensure alignment with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall business objectives.
• Negotiation / Contract Management: Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements. Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial contact through to contract signing and implementation with Merchants, Brands and Issuers
• Teamwork and Collab: Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, compliance, risk and legal to ensure successful program execution end to end.
• Performance Measuring: Track and analyse the performance of promotions programs. Use data to optimize and enhance the value of these programs end to end.
• Analysis: Stay informed about latest industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnerships.
• MIS and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, performance, and outcomes for senior management.

What will you do:

• Manage key senior management relationships at Merchants, Brands and Banking Partners.
• Oversee performance and revenue growth from the Offers / Promotions / EMI offering in entirety.
• Manage key senior management relationships at Merchants / Brands / Banks.
• Collaborate with other aggregators to extend the offers / promotions / EMI\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Grow the Offers / Promotions Business but creating strong value proposition.

What will you need to know:

• Track specific targets on revenue & billing from various programs.
• Strong product offering vis-a vis the competition and negotiations with Merchants / Brands / Banks

What would be great to have:

• Proven experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the Fintech or financial services sector, with a focus on creating exclusive promotions, offers, creating EMI offers along with Merchant and Brands and handling high volume push with banks.
• Created the Insite Offer Marketing Planning with banks and Merchants / Brand
• In-depth knowledge of the carving out offers / promotions / SKU specific EMI tie-ups, banking industry, and consumer-brand landscape in India.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
