Position Title: Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 E-Commerce
Reporting to: Head Marketing
Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter, result driven senior manager to lead & own company\xe2\x80\x99s online business revenue channels including but not limited to company\xe2\x80\x99s own web store, e-market places, e-pharmacies, quick commerce, strategic partnerships in online domain & similar current as well as futuristic business income generating avenues
An ideal candidate should have demonstrated success in managing 3rd party distributor driven business models as well as company owned company run online commerce operations across all of the company\'s online business revenue generating channels developing a right marketing & sales mix

The role encompasses strategic planning, analytical thinking & in-market execution of online sales operations, active day-to-day management of assigned product listing, brand promotion, SEO, SEM, digital promotions, paid promotions, marketing campaigns (regular as well as big sale/festive days), programmatic marketing, portfolio optimization, sales planning, forecasting, inventory management, troubleshooting & alike
As senior manager for E-Commerce channel you will own sales targets, marketing & promotions budget for assigned channel(s) working closely with Head Marketing to generate assigned RoI, RoE & profitable top/bottom line sales growth
You will be responsible for the company & brand\xe2\x80\x99s online presence, reputation, listing & ensure an upkeep of the same at the highest standards as per company policy & guidelines defined from time to time
You will proactively & independently create, execute & own brand growth strategy for the company\xe2\x80\x99s product portfolio assigned to your channel that is in line with global organizational strategy & overall priorities
As a part of the marketing team you will work closely with channel leads from digital, trade, consumer, doctor, customer service & allied in order to drive sales growth in your assigned domain & organization as a whole
You will report to Head Marketing & work in close collaboration with digital marketing manager to build synergies & synapses between social/digital media & social/digital/online/quick (& alike) E-Commerce channels to create a seamless user journey delivering a delightful user experience
As a part of global organization we regularly work with local, regional & global teams to drive marketing initiatives, including new product launches & campaigns collaborating with relevant stakeholders on ongoing & future developments
Manage cross-functional stakeholder teams such as but not limited to, i.e. Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Taxation, Legal, Quality, & Regulatory etc. to deliver projects from brief through to delivery
External stakeholder & agency management i.e. creative agency, media agencies, vendors, distributors, etc. to meet business requirements thereby ensuring service level agreements & quality of services to deliver monthly sales
Be adept at conducting MarCom & campaign analysis generating reports to present learnings that drive brand growth. Perform sales trends analysis for brand, category, competition & platform(s) to inform organization lead & lag indicators
You are comfortable working with big data, market research, customer surveys & web analytics tools to understand customer needs that help discover competitive & functional gaps to identify served & underserved needs & opportunities
Create, manage & grow a User Community via programs to deliver delightful customer experience to drive brand growth
Perform sales planning & forecasting in alignment with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing & Logistics)
Coordinate with marketplace platforms & their key SPOCs/category managers to understand sales trends, business developments, competition activity, consumer trends & market feedback
Conduct audit, maintain databases & reports taking ownership of assigned tasks & regularly updating stakeholders
Follow up for & verify estimates & invoices received & coordinate with finance for timely payment from & to vendors, suppliers, distributors, etc.
Conduct market visits to meet consumers, retailers, doctors & other key stakeholders in business to develop a fair sense of market dynamics & to generate first-hand feedback on marketing campaigns
Implement research agenda: Mine research for insights that can unlock & accelerate business growth & build brand equity. Convert insights into real opportunities & campaigns that drive the brand & business
Ensure that all brand & communication guidelines & internal processes are adhered to. Implement projects with diligent network planning & risk assessment. Proactively identify solutions & make recommendations to ensure on time in full delivery. Prepare road map, SOPs & collect necessary resources for execution of plan as per organizational policies
Education:
Minimum: Graduate with Certified Qualifications in E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
Preferred: Management qualification / MBA or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum: 7 years post qualification experience in E-Commerce Domain. Demonstrated work experience in handling 3rd party distributor model
Desired: Experience in healthcare marketing e.g. medical devices, pharma & allied. New product launches, establishing premium/luxury brands
