Position Summary: Person should have exposure of dealing with client. Shall able to develop operational sales. Shall be able to handle 20+ Team including client managers and Sr engineers. Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target. Will be first-in-line of Certification business across India & local Product inspection in BU. Will be well versed with ASME, PED, PESO, IBR & other certification requirement. Shall be able to handle entire certification business with his & team qualification. Shall be able to handle certification accreditation. II. Responsibility and Authority: Planning and execution of all CPI related products & services, including ASME, PED, PESO, IBR, TPI, FQA etc. Clients Coordination including review meetings. Project\'s planning, Team development and skill enhancement. Manpower handling. Vendor development for operation/execution of product inspection. Support/identification in hiring qualified person as per requirement. Responsible for execution of jobs includes quality aspect. Technical discussion with vendors and clients. Customer complaints handling. Invoicing & Account receivables / collection. System compliance of internal & external. For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager. Person should be involve & support for business unit sales & operation planning of 15+ Cr. III. Education and Experience: Graduate Mechanical Engineering having 10-15 years\' experience with any Certification qualification like ASME, PED. Person should have working exposure in TIC Industries or known Mfg. Industries. IV. Key KPIs: Mitigate Sales figure as per management guidance System compliance To Achieve Profit as per management plan Develop Team and enhancement of competency of team Handling operation & Sales Certification Accreditation management V. Specific Skills & Knowledge: Customer relation Should have good communication skill and team management Technically sound Self-driven and dynamic Exposure to TIC business in market Resolution capabilities between both parties VI.
