• RPA - Lead a team with end-to-end RPA projects delivery as solution architect - process feasibility assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, maintenance.
• Develop Automations using Enterprise RPA Tools to the best industry code standards
• Delivering complex automations using UiPath, SQL, Python
• Automating business processes in various scopes and participating in establishing standards, ways of working, frameworks to be followed in development process
• Maintaining existing automations, monitoring and reporting bots performance
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and desktop procedures
• Cooperating with IT and business stakeholders and increasing RPA awareness within the company
• Mentoring towards other team members - support, code reviews
• Ability to integrate cognitive capabilities into Automations through AI enabled features
• Assisting leader on any ad-hoc assignments
• Data Analytics - As additional responsibility, lead another team with end-to-end Data Analytics skills and who is doing process feasibility assessment, requirements gathering, solution design, development.
• Good understanding of Data Analytics is preferred (SME knowledge of Data analytics is NOT required)



Qualifications -• MSc Degree in Computer Science/ BTech or Mtech
• 9+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in automation processes within a complex, large scale environment
• Proficiency in UiPath, Advanced UiPath Developer Certification would be an asset
• Practical experience in SQL
• Ability to select technology out of available stack to meet requirements in the most efficient way
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to details and willingness to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Key Skills - Solution Architecting, Robotic Process Automation and Analytics
