Job Overview Contribute to the development of the digital transformation roadmap for the supply chain function. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization, develop innovative solutions, and implement transformative initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance across the supply chain. Lead Change Management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes, driving cultural transformation within the organization.

Key Role & Responsibilities: Digital Transformation Strategy:

• Contribute to the development of the digital transformation roadmap for the supply chain function.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization, develop innovative solutions, and implement transformative initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance across the supply chain.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of digital transformation initiatives and identify areas for further optimization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance supply chain performance through innovation and process refinement.
• Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to supply chain management and assess their potential impact on our operations.

Process Optimization:

• Identify inefficiencies in existing supply chain processes and workflows and propose solutions for improvement.
• Work closely with operational teams to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall productivity.

Data Analysis and Insights:

Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
Lead Change Management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes, driving cultural transformation within the organization.





Competencies • Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, blockchain, etc.
• Project management experience and familiarity with agile methodologies
• Proficiency in MS-Office suite and Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
