Collaborating with Stakeholders:\xc2\xb7 Work closely with HR stakeholders and customers to understand their needs to identify opportunities for digitalization and to continuously generate business value.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that digital solutions meet business objectives and enhance employee experiences.2. Designing the regional Digital HR Strategy:\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities for digital solutions that enhance HR processes, such as recruitment, talent management, on- / offboarding, performance and succession management, learning and skills management, and employee engagement.\xc2\xb7 Promote the adoption of digital tools and technologies like Workday, ServiceNow, and other DPS products/ solutions within the organization.3. Managing Digital HR Platforms, IT Architecture and IT services:\xc2\xb7 Lead the development, testing and deployment of digital solutions and IT services, including HR information systems (e.g. ServiceNow), employee self-service portals, mobile applications, and other service offerings such as test center.\xc2\xb7 Manage the operations of IT services to meet customer satisfaction and SLAs, financial targets and business value.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring global collaboration with customers and service delivery alike.4.
