This role will deliver on the following key objectives. Enhancing shared infrastructure: Drive a regional talent framework and talent pipeline for digital marketing tactical execution through extending local partnerships with IT, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Facilities partnerships Driving speed at scale: Lead cross-team partnership and establish local agency relationships to flex capacity across businesses Training and development: Lead training programs across the region to upskill consistently across businesses using leading technologies to drive digital validated experience through shared training and standardized methodologies Cultivate a Collaborative Center of Excellence: Develop relationships with divisional leaders and managers to attract new roles to the COE, and create ongoing engagement efforts to retain talent. A day in the Life: Drive partnership across divisional teams and identify potential opportunities to scale across divisions and functions Use a consultative approach with Corporate and Divisional business leadership to plan, implement and sustain a resourcing strategy to meet business priorities. Establish and handle external vendor and agency relationships enabling teams with flexibility to scale up and down as needed Ensure consistent talent recruitment, onboarding, training, and cultivation through establishing alignment with key partners, such as Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Teams Partner with local teams, such as facilities and IT, to ensure cross-divisional teams are co-located and gaining benefits from partnership space Work with finance team and lead divisional partners through financial staffing expectations during annual / ongoing budget planning Keys to Success: Education Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Technology or related area.
