Description :SUMMARYWe are currently looking for a Senior Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the marketing/advertising needs of our diverse clients in an engaging, professional, fun and fast-paced environment.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with team of onshore and offshore Development and Quality Assurance team working on solutions delivering business value with hands-on solution development and active participation in our SAFe development processes
• Work with our cross-functional team of developers, designers, QAs and product owners to develop and maintain our API management solution
• Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed in large/complex development projects
• Collaborate with our Architecture and Enterprise teams to ensure components are designed per standards.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture reviews to ensure that each increment adheres to standards and architecture patterns and delivers business value
• Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts. Documents may include detailed specifications, implementation guides, architecture diagrams or design documents
• Support the team in the writing of deployment scripts and place strong emphasis in automated deployment, infrastructure automation solutions, and continuous delivery process
• Responds timely and relates extremely well to people in all positions, initiating and maintaining relationships inside and outside his or her organization or field of expertise
• Pursues learning beyond current responsibilities
• Demonstrate sense of ownership on the work and responsibilities, meeting product owner vision
• Mentor or grow other members in the team. Facilitate cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Equivalent technical experience may be substituted for this educational requirement.
• 10+ years of experience in developing web applications
• 6+ years of developing enterprise level systems using Java or Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years of experience on Front end technologies: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, Modern JavaScript Frameworks, CSS Preprocessor languages as SCSS
• Experience in React is a plus
• Expert in modern object-oriented development techniques
• Strong working knowledge of Web Servers
• Strong working knowledge of building and consuming Web Services (REST)
• Familiar with security domain concepts (Authentication, Authorization, SAML, OAuth)
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database design
• Experience building applications that are Responsive, accessible, usable and above all, functional
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility
• knowledge of software development practices in SAFe Framework and CI-CD toolsets
• Broad knowledge of the modern application stacks, their infrastructures and architectures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders, at various organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with geographically dispersed teams and vendors
• Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspiring others to rise above their own comfort levels and abilities and to break through barriers
