Roles & Responsibilities

Creating seasonal concepts with strong graphics, hand-drawn illustrations , sketches etc.
Skilled in Trend Analysis, Forecasting, designing and Market research.
Research on latest design trends and analyze key trends. Create designs adhering to the brand\'s identity and data as per season.
Managing Graphic design for the Mens & boys category.
Help develop seasonal concepts with strong graphics inputs.
Should be a team player and able to work with teams to achieve organizational and brand goals efficiently.
Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate color/prints.
Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans.
Responsible for creating detailed tech packs that illustrate design and construction details with high accuracy.
Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development.
Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team- Fabric/print/surface/design follow up and approvals.
Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

7+years\' experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS
Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability.
Responsible for creating graphics. This is a critical component of everyday work.
Good understanding of knitwear category.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
