We are looking for a seasoned E nablement lead for our customer success team with a proven track record of successfully enabling customer success, onboarding, and tech enablement functions. This key hire should be an expert in enabling team members in order to make them self-sufficient in educating customers as well as being up to speed on product knowledge. No. of positions: 1 What will you be doing Evolve existing enablement strategy basis experience. Create training modules/SOPs for the CS function working with product managers. Become the single SPOC for CS enablement within the team to reduce the number of queries that product and tech leaders get on a daily basis. Streamline CS new joiner product onboarding so that the first 15 days are efficient and well planned Own customer education- communicating product releases from a customer lens Who will you work with Sam, Palash, Krithi, and of course the rest of the jovial inFeedo team What skills do you need Understanding of SaaS products, customers, markets At least 5 years of total experience with at least 2 years handling a CS enablement position previously in a SaaS setup Product Education/Training both Internally/Customers Process Compliance Data Insights/Reporting Strong analytical skills and understand of basic software / technical terms. Infectious energy and confidence to set the right example of customer-first approach Proven record of leading projects cross-functionally with many stakeholders, being proactive & being able to solve problems effectively.
