• Tasks

• Responsible for Products, Process & Customer Quality, work with Cross functional teams in plant, and from different Schneider Unit,
• Good Analytical skills, with sound technical background,
• Lead the Quality Assurance activities for Products & Process, (Process capability study, SPC analysis...
• Analysis of problems reported in shop floor & give an effective CAPA - RCA,
• Drive process improvement activities in the assembly area,
• Training on Quality tools for all people,
• Exposure on 5 Why, G8D, Six Sigma methodology...
• Collect and prepare monthly report,
• Customer Complaint analysis & implementation of actions to ensure non repeatability of complaints,
• Be the organization\'s leader to analyze customer complaints and returns and initiative corrective and preventive action using G8D methodology,
• PFMEA, Plan Control management,
• Use Schneider tool and software,
• Participate to meeting with different entities and country

• Reporting

• OQP - PRB - Tex: Customer complaints,
• MDR: Manufacturing Rejection,
• NQC: Quality Cost
• Scrap: Quality Cost
• FPY: First past yield

• Management

• Leading a team of Quality Inspector,
• Good communication, convincing skills,
• Appropriate escalation

• Training

• Train on Quality tools & techniques, Customer view and best manufacturing practices.

DIMENSIONSThe purpose of this part is to provide some figures allowing estimating the scope and scale of the job

• Good people management skills.

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience

• BE or ME in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality, Production, Industrialization or R & D field.

3. Languages:English fluentTamil4. Other Requirements:Exposure to 5 Why, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, SAP ERP & Sales forces.QualificationsBachelors DEgree in Engineering, and knows the quaity tools, worked in digital toolsSchedule: Full-time
