Good knowledge of sales and accounts receivables, driving adoption of technology for automation of the credit collection process
Direct interaction, reconciliation, issue resolution, follow-up with Customers & Handling escalations of the customers
Leading the conversations with the cross-functional team for routine matters of top customers and critical matters of the rest of the customer
Reconciliation of the Client accounts on a Quarterly/Monthly basis
Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer experience
Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in DSO
Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
Accurate, efficient and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed
Taking Proactive role in managing and collecting debt- Meeting Customers for Collections/Reconciliations of the Accounts, hands-on experience in customer ledger reconciliation
Negotiating repayment plans, and responding to relevant client queries.
Allocation of credit notes against relevant invoices
Prepare Sales team wise O/S to be shared with the team for setting Targets and monitoring achievement of the targets monthly basis
Working knowledge and experience in GST
