Department : Marketing & SalesRole : Senior Manager - Corporate SalesReporting to : Head of DepartmentJob Responsibilities :Skill Sets :- Key account Management- New market development- Business development with KOL of Corporates- Sales Planning- Sales Budgeting- Sales revenue generation- Customer relationship- Health care services and related skill- Service promotion activities- Communication Skills- Presentation Skills- Negotiation SkillsKRA\'s :- In-charge of Corporate sales & business development activities of the assigned territory- Sales Management- Event Management- Liaison with KOL & Doctors of Corporates for pursuing IP & OP business- Achieve AOP for sales volume (OP and IP) and revenue- Plan and Manage sales / marketing expenses with budgets- Plan and execute the budgeted number of sales activities in a timely mannerSales Management :- Responsible for the Top line revenue of P & L for assigned corporates and services- Generating Sales reports & MIS- Route planning and making sales calls as per goals- Preparation and presentation of sales trends & sales reports- Conducting & presenting sales reviews & presentations- Planning of Sales programs including expense management, resource allocation & implementation etc.- Adhering to sales policies as per organizational ethos & guidelines- Providing inputs & working with the Branding & Communication team for wholesome impact of sales initiatives in the assigned territoryEvent Management and Promotion of the Brand :- Participating in events that would promote sales from various corporates- Participating in local seminars related to the medical field and related to Hospital activities, thus promoting the brand.- Conducting health care awareness programs for the corporates at their campus.- Conducting medical camps both in house as well as outside in the corporate campus- Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies& doctors for seminars and CME programs.- Relationship Building with HR officials/Physicians/Insurance Companies & TPA\'s associated with corporates :- Organizing meetings with HR officials / physicians either through known sources or through cold calls, meetings, and briefing them on hospital facilities, seeking support from them in the form of patient referrals and including such patient referrals in our database- Organizing CME & other wellness Programs with the IAOH and other industrial commerce associations i.e. FICCI, Indian Chamber of Commerce to increase the rapport between the corporate world & Hospitals.- Coordination for conferences / CME programs- Starting new marketing activities to increase the customer base- Establishing tie-ups with corporates, Insurance Companies (IC) & TPA\'s to maximize business.- Coordinating with the Networking & Sales Department of IC & TPA\'s to pursue IP & OP Business.- Pursuing Pre-Employment & Annual health check business from assigned corporates & IC- Organizing medical camps and health talks to create awareness amongst corporate employees.Interdepartmental Coordination :- Analyzing customer/ Doctor feedback and coordinating with Operations for implementing the suggestions based upon their feasibility- Coordinating with the Front Office department to ensure patient satisfaction & proper referral documentation.- Coordinating with departments, in order to generate reports for analysis and improvement & in conducting outdoor sales program/activities.- Coordinate with the Finance department for credit collection & recovery in stipulated time.Market Analysis & Benchmarking :- Competitive price tracking from other hospitals- Collecting competitive marketing information and evolving new sales strategies- Collecting and assimilating a database of specialists throughout the areas.- Any other jobs assigned by the superiors as per exigencies of work.
