Processing of Instructions received from the Clients.
Ensuring timely submission of reports to SEBI, NSDL & RBI.
Accounting knowledge is required for executing the fund transfers
Need to perform the mutual fund processing & trade settlement
Need to process primary market events such as IPO, FPO, QIP, Private Placement
Should be able to execute bids on exchange platform for OFS, buyback, open offer
ASBA processing need to be done for rights, IPO, FPO, call money
Familiar with FDI, FVCI regulations and verification of regulatory documents
Candidate need to handle the Client queries
Various regulatory and internal audits need to be managed
Enhancements need to be identified within the team to automate the processes
Ensuring system UAT is completed on timely basis.
Ensuring there is no delay in processing the client instructions.
Responsible for having sufficient controls in every process.
Experience in team management and appraisal is required

Job Requirements:Knowledge of Indian Capital Markets, SEBI & RBI Regulations for reporting of trades.
