The Position
This role requires someone to provide proactive advice on Compliance & Ethics matters and manage the risks in Business Ethics, in compliance with Novo Nordisk policies and external laws and regulations. As a Senior Manager Compliance, you will be responsible for -
• Assisting in managing compliance affairs, advising on compliance issues, and supporting business.
• Implementing a Global Compliance plan, policies, and procedures and developing additional policies and procedures to address local law and pharma industry requirements to supplement the Global policies when needed.
• Presenting compliance reports, assisting in risk assessment working on action plans to mitigate risks, and conducting investigations as and when needed.
• Reviewing & approving documents relating to compliance activities within the specified timelines.
• Developing and providing training on Business Ethics, and also handling Internal Business Ethics Audits, and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing legal documents & contracts. Providing day-to-day advisory in line with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating and working with other functions to support business and bringing in simplicity & agility.
• Ensuring and maintaining Customer focus and engaging internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating the importance of complying with relevant laws and Novo Nordisk policies.

Qualifications :
• Graduate degree in Law (LLB).
• 12+years' experience in the legal & compliance field with experience of managing team below
• Self-managed, strong personal drive and the ability to motivate colleagues towards delivering excellent performance and results including continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels.
