In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via ).The Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager - Team Lead to join our fast-growing fintech organization.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading both hunting (new client acquisition) and farming (existing client relationship management) teams to achieve challenging sales targets, besides other OKR's . This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in the fintech industry, exceptional team management skills, navigate the ecosystem to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and the ability to drive process excellence while fostering strong relationships with key partners.Key Responsibilities * Sales Target Achievement:

  • Drive engagement & adoption by partners to scale business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for both hunting and farming teams.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the customer base.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of business professionals.
  • Groom and guide the team on product knowledge, product use cases across various verticals, solution based selling, sales & account management skill set.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Process Management:
  • Oversee and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement best practices to streamline operations and improve team productivity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create compelling sales collaterals highlighting the Razorpay value propositions for partner ecosystem & their merchants.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Market & Industry Insights:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications * Education:
  • Bachelor's degree from a top tier institute. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B space.
  • Proven experience in the fintech industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling teams.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
